서비스 소개

이용자는 앱에서 작품을 둘러보고 구매한 뒤, 앱 안의 적용 기능으로 기기의 홈 화면과 잠금 화면에 바로 설정합니다. 적용과 동시에 기기 갤러리에도 저장되며, 표시되는 말씀의 언어는 이용자가 적용 시점에 15개 언어 중에서 직접 고릅니다.

After browsing and buying a piece in the app, users apply it directly to their device's home and lock screen using the in-app apply feature. The piece is saved to the device's photo gallery at the same time it's applied, and users pick which of the 15 supported languages the verse text is shown in at the moment they apply it.

작가는 작품을 등록해 판매하고, 판매 대금은 회사가 정산합니다. 결제는 전액 Apple App Store와 Google Play의 인앱 결제로 이루어집니다.

Artists list their work for sale, and the company handles seller payouts. All payments are processed entirely through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases.

이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 루아흐(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 아틀리에316(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

These Terms set out the conditions of use for Atelier316 (the "Service") operated by Ruach (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

회사는 성경 말씀이 담긴 모바일 배경화면(이하 "콘텐츠")을 작가로부터 등록받아 판매하고, 구매자가 앱 안에서 기기의 홈·잠금 화면에 직접 적용할 수 있도록 중개합니다. 원본 콘텐츠를 내려받는 별도의 다운로드 절차는 없으며, 앱 내 적용 기능을 통해서만 제공됩니다.

The Company receives mobile wallpapers featuring Bible verses (the "Content") registered by artists and sells them, and enables buyers to apply the Content directly to their device's home and lock screen within the app. There is no separate procedure for downloading the original Content — it is provided solely through the in-app apply feature.

제3조 (결제)

모든 유료 콘텐츠와 멤버십 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 인앱 결제(IAP)로 처리되며, 회사는 신용카드 정보 등 결제 수단을 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 가격은 스토어가 제공하는 정액 구간(1,000원 · 2,000원 · 3,000원 · 4,000원 · 5,000원) 중에서만 책정됩니다.

All paid Content and membership payments are processed through in-app purchases (IAP) on the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the Company does not directly collect payment information such as credit card details. Prices are set only within the fixed tiers offered by the stores (KRW 1,000 · 2,000 · 3,000 · 4,000 · 5,000).

제4조 (콘텐츠 이용 권한과 저작권)

구매한 콘텐츠는 구매자 본인의 개인적 용도로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 적용·저장되는 파일에는 판매자명과 구매자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 함께 표시되며, 이를 무단으로 복제·배포하는 경우 저작권 침해로서 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 질 수 있습니다. 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 이를 등록한 작가에게 있습니다.

Purchased Content may be used only for the buyer's own personal purposes. The applied and saved file displays information identifying the seller and the buyer, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution may constitute copyright infringement subject to liability under applicable law. Copyright in the Content belongs to the artist who registered it.

제5조 (환불)

환불에 관한 사항은 이 문서의 환불정책을 따릅니다.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy in this document.

제6조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will announce material changes through in-service notices or this page.

제7조 (면책)

회사는 천재지변, 스토어(Apple·Google)의 정책 변경 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 발생한 서비스 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

The Company is not liable for service disruptions arising from force majeure, changes in store (Apple/Google) policy, or other causes beyond the Company's control.

제8조 (이용자 콘텐츠 및 부적절한 행위에 대한 조치)

회사는 부적절한 콘텐츠나 학대적인 이용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다. 이용자는 서비스 내에서 타인에 대한 폭력적·음란적·차별적 표현, 괴롭힘, 명예훼손 등 부적절한 콘텐츠를 게시하거나 그러한 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. 이용자는 앱 내 신고 기능으로 부적절한 콘텐츠나 이용자를 신고할 수 있으며, 신고된 내용은 회사가 확인 후 필요한 조치를 취합니다. 이용자는 앱 내 차단 기능으로 특정 이용자를 차단할 수 있고, 차단 즉시 해당 이용자의 콘텐츠는 본인의 화면에서 보이지 않게 됩니다. 회사는 이 조를 위반한 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 해당 이용자의 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다.

The Company has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users must not post violent, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or defamatory content, or otherwise engage in objectionable conduct toward others within the Service. Users may report objectionable content or users through the in-app report feature, and the Company reviews reports and takes appropriate action. Users may block a specific user through the in-app block feature; once blocked, that user's content is immediately hidden from the blocking user's screen. The Company may remove content that violates this Article and may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account of the user responsible.

개인정보처리방침

루아흐(이하 "회사")는 아틀리에316(threeonesix) 서비스와 관련하여 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 수집·이용합니다.

Ruach (the "Company") collects and uses users' personal information in connection with the Atelier316 (threeonesix) service as follows.

수집하는 개인정보 항목

• 이메일 주소, 닉네임 (계정 생성·로그인)
• 구매·판매 내역, 결제 식별 정보 (스토어가 제공하는 거래 ID)
• 정산 계좌 정보: 은행 계좌, PayPal, Payoneer 중 판매자가 선택한 방식 (판매자만 해당)
• 본인 확인 시: 이름, 휴대전화번호, 생년월일, 성별, 암호화된 이용자 확인값(CI) (국내 계좌로 정산받는 판매자의 본인인증 시에만 해당)
• 판매자가 올린 작품 이미지·동영상, 댓글, 자기소개, 프로필 사진, 고객 문의 내용
• 기기 정보, 앱 이용 로그 (오류 진단, 서비스 개선)
• 검색어 (검색 결과 제공 시에만 처리하며 저장하지 않음)
• 푸시 알림 토큰 (알림 발송)
• 광고 ID, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 정보 (Google AdMob 광고 표시 시 Google이 수집)

• Email address, nickname (account creation and login)
• Purchase/sale history, payment identification information (transaction IDs provided by the store)
• Payout account information: bank account, PayPal, or Payoneer, as selected by the seller (sellers only)
• For identity verification: name, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, encrypted Connecting Information (CI) (only for sellers verifying identity to be paid to a domestic Korean bank account)
• Artwork images/videos uploaded by sellers, comments, bios, profile photos, and customer inquiry messages
• Device information, app usage logs (error diagnosis, service improvement)
• Search queries (processed only to return search results; not stored)
• Push notification token (sending notifications)
• Advertising ID, approximate location (IP-based), and ad interaction data (collected by Google when Google AdMob ads are shown)

수집 목적

• 회원 가입 및 계정 관리, 본인 확인
• 콘텐츠 구매·판매 처리 및 정산
• 부정 이용 방지, 신고·차단 처리
• 서비스 개선 및 고객 문의 응대
• 광고 표시 (무료 콘텐츠 이용 시)

• Membership registration and account management, identity verification
• Processing content purchases/sales and seller payouts
• Fraud prevention, handling reports and blocks
• Service improvement and responding to customer inquiries
• Displaying ads (when using free content)

보유 및 이용 기간

회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 요청 후 30일의 유예 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다(자세한 내용은 계정 삭제 참고). 다만 전자상거래법 등 관계 법령에 따라 결제·환불·정산 기록(거래 ID, 금액, 일시, 이메일 주소, 정산 시 실명)은 다른 정보와 분리해 5년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

Information is retained until account withdrawal and is destroyed without delay once the 30-day grace period after the deletion request ends (see Account Deletion). However, as required by applicable law (e.g., the Korean E-Commerce Act), payment, refund, and payout records (transaction ID, amount, date, email address, and legal name for payouts) are stored separately for 5 years and then destroyed.

제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

결제는 Apple·Google이 각 스토어 정책에 따라 직접 처리합니다. 회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

• Supabase: 데이터베이스, 인증, 파일 저장
• Google Firebase: 푸시 알림 발송
• Google Gemini API: 댓글 번역 (번역할 댓글 내용만 전달)
• PortOne·KG이니시스: 판매자 본인인증 (국내 계좌 정산 시에만)

또한 무료 콘텐츠 이용 시 표시되는 광고를 위해 Google AdMob이 광고 ID, 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 정보를 수집·이용하며, 이는 Google의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 회사는 위 경우 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Payments are processed directly by Apple and Google under each store's own policies. The Company entrusts the processing of personal information to the following providers to operate the Service:

• Supabase: database, authentication, file storage
• Google Firebase: push notifications
• Google Gemini API: comment translation (only the comment text being translated is sent)
• PortOne / KG Inicis: seller identity verification (only for payouts to a Korean bank account)

In addition, to show ads when free content is used, Google AdMob collects and uses the advertising ID, approximate location, and ad interaction data under Google's privacy policy. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties beyond the cases above.

이용자는 언제든지 본인의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 아래 문의처로 연락하면 지체 없이 조치합니다. 계정 삭제 방법은 계정 삭제를 참고해 주세요.

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting us at the contact below; we will act without delay. For how to delete your account, see Account Deletion.

환불정책

적용(다운로드) 전

콘텐츠를 아직 적용하지 않은 상태라면, 결제일로부터 Apple 또는 Google의 환불 정책이 정한 기간 안에 각 스토어를 통해 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. 환불 처리는 스토어가 직접 심사·승인하며, 회사가 임의로 환불을 결정하거나 대신 처리할 수 없습니다.

If you have not yet applied the Content, you may request a refund through the respective store within the period set by Apple's or Google's refund policy from the date of payment. Refunds are reviewed and approved directly by the store — the Company cannot decide or process refunds on its own.

적용(다운로드) 후

콘텐츠를 이미 적용·저장했다면 콘텐츠를 사용한 것으로 간주되어 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 저장된 파일에는 구매자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되어 있어, 무단 유포가 확인되는 경우에도 환불이 제한됩니다.

Once Content has been applied and saved, it is considered used and a refund may be restricted. The saved file contains information identifying the buyer, so refunds may also be restricted where unauthorized distribution is confirmed.

무제한 다운로드 멤버십

평생 1회 결제 상품으로, 가입 후 한 번이라도 광고 없이 무료 콘텐츠를 다운로드하면 이용한 것으로 간주되어 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

This is a one-time, lifetime purchase. Once you download any free Content without watching an ad after subscribing, it is considered used and a refund may be restricted.

환불 요청 방법

• iOS: Apple 환불 요청 안내 또는 Apple 지원팀
• Android: Google Play 스토어 > 주문내역 > 환불 요청

• iOS: Apple's refund request guide or Apple Support
• Android: Google Play Store > Order History > Request a refund

스토어를 통해 환불이 확정되면 회사 서버에도 자동으로 반영되어, 해당 콘텐츠의 소장 상태와 정산 대상에서 제외됩니다.

Once a refund is confirmed by the store, it is automatically reflected on our servers, removing the Content from the buyer's library and excluding it from seller payouts.

계정 삭제

아틀리에316(개발자: 루아흐) 계정과 관련 데이터는 아래 방법으로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

You can request deletion of your Atelier316 (developer: Ruach) account and its associated data as follows.

앱에서 삭제하기

1. 아틀리에316 앱에 로그인합니다.
2. 하단의 마이 탭으로 이동합니다.
3. 화면 아래쪽의 계정 삭제를 누르고 삭제 요청을 선택합니다.

1. Sign in to the Atelier316 app.
2. Go to the You tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete Account near the bottom of the screen, then tap Request Deletion.

앱 없이 요청하기

앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없다면, 가입한 이메일 주소에서 yt873588@gmail.com으로 "계정 삭제 요청"이라는 제목의 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.

If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, email yt873588@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, using the subject "Account deletion request". We will process it without delay after verifying your identity.

삭제되는 데이터

삭제를 요청하면 30일의 유예 기간이 주어지며, 이 기간 안에 다시 로그인하면 계정이 복구됩니다. 30일이 지나면 다음 데이터가 모두 영구 삭제됩니다.

After a deletion request there is a 30-day grace period; signing in again during this period restores the account. After 30 days, the following data is permanently deleted:

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 자기소개, 프로필 사진, 알림 설정, 푸시 알림 토큰
• 판매자가 올린 작품(이미지·동영상)과 작품 정보
• 구매·소장 내역, 좋아요, 팔로우, 댓글, 신고·차단 내역, 알림
• 정산 계좌 정보와 본인인증 정보

• Account information: email address, nickname, bio, profile photo, notification settings, push notification token
• Artworks (images/videos) uploaded by the seller and their details
• Purchase/ownership history, likes, follows, comments, reports/blocks, notifications
• Payout account information and identity verification information

보관될 수 있는 데이터

• 결제·환불·정산 기록(거래 ID, 금액, 일시, 이메일 주소, 정산 시 실명): 전자상거래법 등 관계 법령에 따라 다른 정보와 분리해 5년간 보관한 뒤 파기
• Apple·Google이 보관하는 결제 영수증: 각 스토어의 정책에 따름
• 이미 기기 갤러리에 저장된 배경화면 파일: 이용자의 기기에 남으며 회사가 삭제할 수 없음

• Payment, refund, and payout records (transaction ID, amount, date, email address, and legal name for payouts): stored separately for 5 years as required by applicable law (e.g., the Korean E-Commerce Act), then destroyed
• Payment receipts held by Apple and Google: according to each store's policy
• Wallpaper files already saved to your device's gallery: they remain on your device and cannot be deleted by the Company
