• Apple:

Ruach ("we") operates Verse316 (the "App"), a Bible-verse widget app for the Lock Screen and Home Screen. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

The App has no sign-up or login, and uses no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, advertising identifier (IDFA), or any other information that identifies you. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. Information stored only on your device

The following is stored only on your device (in storage shared by the App and its widgets) and is never sent to our servers. It is removed when you delete the App.

• Widget settings: pinned verse, how often the verse changes, Home Screen widget theme and color, whether to show the logo and date, and verse reference alignment
• Preview background photo: one photo you choose yourself, resized and stored only inside the App. The App does not request access to your whole photo library; only the photo you pick is shared with the App.
• Subscription status: the subscription expiration time, used by the widgets to decide whether they are unlocked

3. Information sent to our server

To load and search verses, the App sends the following to our verse data server:

• Your device language code (for example, en or ko), to get verses in that language
• Verse search text and the book, chapter, and verse you choose, to return results and verse text

These requests are not linked to any account or device identifier, and we do not store search text. Our server provider may keep access logs, such as IP addresses, for a limited time to operate and secure the service.

4. Payments

Subscription payments (including free trials and offer codes) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your card number, other payment information, or Apple Account details. The App only checks with Apple, on your device, whether you are subscribed and when the subscription expires.

5. Service providers and third parties

• Supabase: verse data server (handles verse and search requests)
• Apple: subscription payments and subscription status

We do not share personal information with any other third party.

6. Retention and deletion

We do not keep information that identifies you. Information on your device is removed when you delete the App, and you can remove the preview background photo in the App at any time.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information. Although we do not hold personal information about you, we will look into any request and reply without delay. You can cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

8. Children

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea).
